This website has been created and is operated by Mags Fresh Aesthetics. Mags Fresh Aesthetics offers you a variety of services that are available to you as a customer from this site, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting/booking services or engaging within our Mags Fresh Aesthetics site you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms & conditions which are stated here. These terms & conditions apply to all users of this site. 

Please make sure you read carefully all the terms & conditions stated below prior to using Mags Fresh Aesthetics website. If you do not agree to the terms & conditions which have been stated here, please do not use/purchase our services. You can always review our terms & conditions on this site. We have a right to make any changes or updates to this site. It is your responsibility to make sure to familiarise yourself with our website, Mags Fresh Aesthetics prior to booking any services with us at all times and accept this change prior to going ahead with any services we offer.

In no case shall Mags Fresh Aesthetics or our employees, prescribers, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. 

Section 2 – Ours & your rights

We have a right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time. 

You confirm to be 18+ in order to purchase any services from us and if questioned you will provide the appropriate identification to support this (e.g. Passport).  

You have a right to cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to treatment taking place, however deposit is non-refundable AT ALL TIMES. 

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

Section 3 – Social Media Content

You are aware that any content which we have of yourself such as medical consent will be transferred to our prescriber prior to us offering you the service for health & safety reasons. This information will be kept on our FACES app due to Data and Security. 

You are aware that we have a right to keep and use pictures prior and post treatment for marketing reasons. 

Section 4 - Website Information 

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Section 5 – Website Registration

You are aware we require personal data from you to register on our website, thanks to this you will be able to make and amend bookings but also subscribe to our website. Please be aware you are the person who’s responsible for keeping your password and any other information confidential. Any issues please get in contact with Mags Fresh Aesthetics as soon as possible. 

Section 6 – Appointment Booking

At Mags Fresh Aesthetics we have a right to cancel your appointment at any time if we are unable to provide the services for reasons outside of our control. You will be notified by Mags Fresh Aesthetics in accordance with our normal business practice.

If you are unable to make your appointment booked with Mags Fresh Aesthetics you must let us know as soon as possible, 48 hours prior is advised in order for you to receive your refund, However, DEPOSIT IS NON - REFUNDABLE AT ALL TIMES. 

If you fail to attend your booked appointment or cancel more than twice (less than 48-hour notice given) we have a right to refuse you any services at Mags Fresh Aesthetics. 

You may opt in to receive a booking reminder, and if you do so, you agree that Mags Fresh Aesthetics may contact you via email, SMS or telephone to remind you of the booking.

If you face any issues with regards to our booking system, subscription or any other website issues please report this to us at Mags Fresh Aesthetics by emailing or calling us (contact details stated on our Mags Fresh Aesthetics website). 

Section 7 – Account Balance

We may terminate or suspend your account if you fail to pay any balance due to a transaction not going through. In addition, Mags Fresh Aesthetics has a right to take legal action against you to recover all sums due.

Section 8 - Gift Cards

If you are purchasing a gift card from Mags Fresh Aesthetics for another customer, that customer is then able to use this gift cards towards the transaction value of the service they are interested in booking. 

If the service exceeds the gift card amount you MUST pay the additional sum. 

Each gift card purchased at Mags Fresh Aesthetics is valid for 1 YEAR from the purchase date. 

If the expiry date of the gift card isn’t met the gift card becomes INVALID and cannot be reused. 

Please be aware if you purchase a gift card with Mags Fresh Aesthetics it cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, refunded or transferable to another customer. 

If the price of the service is less than the value of the gift voucher, the excess value of the gift voucher is lost. 

Section 9 – Marketing/Subscription

If you opt in to receive marketing/subscription from Mags Fresh Aesthetics, you agree Mags Fresh Aesthetics may contact you via email, SMS or telephone to communicate promotions and news.

You may opt out of marketing/subscription communications at any time by contacting Mags Fresh Aesthetics on the contact details provided on the website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
