We review our privacy policy regularly and as required. We have the right to always make changes to the privacy policy without having to give notice. If we must, we will be in contact with you to advise you of any changes that have been made to the privacy policy that you have agreed to. In relation to the personal data which we hold about you, you have the right to request the access to it at all times and receive a copy of it but you also have a right to check that we are lawfully processing it at all times. With regards to this being your personal data you have a right to request correction to the information which we hold about you, if anything is incorrect we can correct it or you may need to verify the accuracy of the new data. Furthermore, you have a right to request erasure of your personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue this process. At all times you have a right to transfer your personal data to yourself or another third party. Withdraw consent at any time and being able to request to not be subjected to a decision based on automated processing including profiling that declared legal effects concerning yourself or affecting you in any way.

If you would like to make a complaint, we ask you to approach us at Mags Fresh Aesthetics to see if we can deal with your issue prior to this going further. However, it is your right to make a complaint to any appropriate authority due to data protection reasons.

There are varieties of data which we collect with regards to yourself. The data are; profile data, financial data, contact data, technical data, identity data, usage data and marketing & communications data. We do not collect data with regards to criminal convictions & offences or special category data such as your sexual orientation, religious beliefs etc.

There are a variety of different ways in which we use your data: direct interactions and online when you purchase our services or subscribe to us by registering to our site. Another way is through your feedback or when you enter any of our promotions/competitions which are happening at Mags Fresh Aesthetics.

We will only use your personal data when we need to perform a contract with yourself that we are about to enter or when it is necessary for our legitimate interests where your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests stated. We will not require your consent if you are already one of our clients at Mags Fresh Aesthetics and you have been the one to submit your email in connection with client relationship. We will get your agreement to opt-in for us to share your personal data prior to sharing your personal data with any third party with regards to marketing purposes. 

You always have the right to get in contact with us and any other third parties if you wish for us to stop sending you any marketing information by contacting us by email where we will unsubscribe you.

At Mags Fresh Aesthetics we use hardware and software, in order to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of any of our clients’ personal data being used and protect them against unauthorised access, use, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction by unauthorised persons. If we are faced with any sort of breach, we will be in contact with the appropriate regulator who will be dealing with this type of breach which is our legal act to do so. The recipients of the data will be providing a guarantee of the security & confidentiality being met. We advise you as a customer to always notify us of any security breach so that we can deal with this situation as soon as possible in an appropriate manner. Clients are fully responsible for confidentiality of their password to access Mags Fresh Aesthetics site. 

Section 9 – Personal Data Holding

The personal data is only held for as long as necessary such as; legal acts, regulations, tax, accounting or any reporting which needs to maybe made in certain cases. In the event of a complaint, this holding may be longer to resolve the issue. The data which relates to our clients will to be kept longer than necessary for the management commercial relationship. Your personal data will be used for marketing purposes for 3 years from the end of the business relationship ending and after that period, all personal data will be destroyed. Prospective customers will be contacted after 3 years to see if they wish to continue receiving the commercial marketing information from Mags Fresh Aesthetics.

With regards to any third party contact we will always get your consent prior to sharing any of this information with them for any marketing purposes. 

Section 11 – Identification Data

To receive services from Mags Fresh Aesthetics we will ask you to confirm your identification by submitting an appropriate document, for example, photo passport page. This data will be kept for 1 year on our file. However, if this is objected the data concerned will be archived after 3 years from the objection data stated.
